Nevadans won’t be just voting for their public servants of choice in the coming elections. Silver State voters will also have the opportunity to voice their support or disapproval of efforts to deregulate Nevada’s energy market through the ballot measure, Question 3.
The measure seeks to amend the Nevada constitution by adding language that would open the state’s energy markets to competition. It is one of the key hot-button issues on energy that’s dominating the state after net metering for rooftop solar.
